Consistent and Confident Weight loss

I started my weight loss journey in 2022 with the goal of being under 200 pounds within two years, building the core strength to master the knee-hanging machine, and feeling healthy enough to pursue anything in life. Toby has been there every step of the way, supporting my dreams and keeping me accountable. Even when my goals felt too ambitious, he believed in me and had faith in my abilities, even when my own confidence wavered. Recently, I discovered a passion for aerial yoga, and Toby is guiding me to build the strength I need to excel. I’ve also set a new goal of running a 5k—though I can walk one now, Toby is helping me shave off time with each attempt until I reach my goal of running the entire distance without stopping.

Toby’s expertise has been a game-changer. He helped me navigate through diet fads and conflicting fitness advice, teaching me the importance of nutrition and understanding macros. He also has an incredible eye for proper form, always taking the time to ensure that I understand which muscles are being targeted with each exercise. This focus not only maximizes the effectiveness of my workouts but also minimizes the risk of injury. His approach is centered around pain-free movement, making my safety a top priority. If I ever experienced pain, Toby’s first concern was always getting me back to pain-free movement. He would adjust my exercises, demonstrating alternate forms and incorporating rehabilitation movements to strengthen any muscles that felt weak or vulnerable due to injury. His depth of knowledge in this area has made all the difference in my journey, helping me stay consistent and confident throughout the process.
