A Life-Changing Experience with Toby

Before working with Toby, I had never lifted weights and was leading a sedentary lifestyle. I was overweight, had very low strength, and my cholesterol was through the roof. I knew I needed help, and I was concerned about injuring myself without proper guidance. That’s when I decided to start training with Toby, and it was the best decision I could have made for my health and fitness.

Toby eased me into the gym gradually, focusing first on making sure my body was physically ready before moving on to more complex lifts. His approach was exactly what I needed. His personalized training programs made sense, and he provided valuable food and calorie suggestions that complimented my fitness goals perfectly.

Over the year and a half I spent training with Toby, I went from 235 pounds to a low of 200, and I gained a significant amount of muscle mass. My overall strength has skyrocketed, but more importantly, I feel incredible. My general practitioner even told me that my bloodwork looks like that of a 20-year-old, which is something I never thought I’d hear.
